Ingredients

  • 1 6 oz container of Vanilla Yogurt
  • 2 Containers if Sugar
  • 1 Container of Vegetable Oil
  • 3 Eggs
  • Zest of 1 Lemon
  • 3 containers of All Purpose Flour
  • 1 tsp of Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp of Salt

Preparation

    1) Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9" bundt pan or 9x5" loaf pan with non-stick spray and set aside.

    2) In a bowl, whisk together the yogurt, sugar, oil, eggs and lemon zest well until combined, then add the dry ingredients, mix just until combined then pour the batter in your prepared pan and bake for 40-45 minutes (closer to 55 minutes if using a loaf pan) then allow to cool, dust with confectioner sugar and enjoy!
