- 2 Cups of Cooked Farro (cooked according to package instructions)
- 1 Cup of Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- ¼ Cup of Pitted Kalamata Olives, chopped
- 1 Large Roasted Pepper, chopped
- ¼ Cup of Fresh Basil, chopped
- ½ cup of Fresh Mozzarella, chopped
- 1 Tbsp of Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 ½ Tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
